In implementation of EU regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”) we provide you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data and its purposes.
Data collection occurs through registration by filling out the form on the site https://www.nlg.it/lavoro-con-noi/ and, in compliance with the GDPR, the processing is based on principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency and protection of confidentiality.
Your personal data are used for selection procedures, in particular, to verify the conditions for selection, hiring and/or possible work collaboration, as per your request.
In particular, the personal data in question concern:
Name, address or other elements of personal identification, work-related data, social security data, study and work curriculum.

The provision of data is optional and is left to the will of the candidate who, without any solicitation from the Data Controller, presents his/her curriculum vitae and fills out the form. Failure to provide data will make it impossible to proceed with the verification of the prerequisites for the selection procedures, hiring and/or for the start of any working collaboration with the Data Controller.
Personal data may be processed not only by electronic means, but also by non-automated tools, and the processing is carried out solely with operations, as well as with logic and through forms of data organization that are strictly indispensable in relation to the aforementioned obligations, tasks or purposes.
The data is usually collected from the interested party.
The data may be used by the Data Controller’s personnel who have been assigned a specific role and who have been given adequate operating instructions in order to avoid loss, destruction, unauthorized access or unauthorized processing of the data. Your personal data will be made accessible only to those who, within the company organization, need it due to their job or hierarchical position.
Third-party companies that carry out instrumental activities on behalf of the Data Controller may also use the data; the latter act as external data processors and under the direction and control of the Data Controller.

Your personal data will not be communicated to third parties nor will it be disclosed to undetermined subjects.
Your data will not be transmitted abroad.
The data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the requirements for the selection of the candidate and in any case no later than two years from their collection, except for the possible establishment of the employment and/or collaboration relationship.
Your consent to the processing is not necessary as the processing concerns data contained in the CVs spontaneously transmitted by the interested parties for the purposes of the possible establishment of an employment/collaboration relationship. The same applies to any particular data transmitted in the same manner by the interested party, for which consent is excluded by current national and European Union legislation.
The data controller is Navigazione Libera del Golfo S.r.l., with registered office in Naples, via Melisurgo n. 4.
The Company does not employ a person responsible for the protection of personal data (also known as a Data Protection Officer “DPO”).
At any time you may have access to your personal data, obtain rectification or cancellation, or limitation of processing in the cases provided for by law, or you may oppose their use in the presence of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller or you may exercise the right to data portability, in the cases permitted, as well as obtain the updated list of data controllers.
We also remind you that you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Guarantor for the protection of personal data if you believe that your rights have not been respected or that you have not received a response to your requests in accordance with the law.
